Staff Policy
The staff at Tilbrook Rasheed are the most important asset we have, and we strive to provide them with a challenging, diversified and enjoyable work environment.

We take responsibility for developing all staff and encourage all partners and staff to participate in both internal and external training and provide continuous on-the-job training to become better professionals. We support staff through both under and post graduate studies and maintain an active role in the CA program with our staff regularly taking on group leader roles.

Our culture encourages all staff to be proactive in dealing with clients and handling workflows to achieve their full potential.
